SPI TECH specializes in luxury watches, fine jewelry, exclusive perfumes, and premium lifestyle accessories. All products are curated for authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship.
Domestic (Thailand)
• Processing: 1–2 working days
• Delivery:
– Bangkok/Central: 1–3 days
– Other provinces: 2–5 days
International
• Delivery time depends on destination and courier selection.
A tracking code will be emailed or SMS’d once your order ships.
Once dispatched, you will receive a:
• Tracking number
• Tracking link
• Delivery estimate
You may also track your order anytime via the My Account page.
You may return or exchange within 7 days if:
• Item is unused
• All packaging and labels are intact
• Luxury items (watches/jewellery) show no signs of wear
• Perfumes remain sealed
Non-returnable:
• Opened perfumes
• Used jewellery/watches
• Customized items
• Digital goods

Once inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after returned items pass inspection.
Shipping fees are refundable only if the error is ours.
Do products come with a warranty?
Watches: 6–24 months
Jewellery: 3-month craftsmanship warranty
Perfumes: No warranty (industry standard)
Warranties cover factory defects only.
Are my personal details safe? (PDPA)
Yes. We comply with the Thailand PDPA Act.
We only collect data necessary for:
• Order processing
• Delivery
• Payment
• Warranty service
We do NOT sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
