Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At SPI Tech, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every luxury timepiece and accessory we sell. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
PDPA Compliance: All return-related personal data is handled in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and our Privacy Policy.
2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 30-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation
- Item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition
- All original packaging, boxes, papers, tags, and accessories must be included
- Watch must not have been sized, adjusted, or altered in any way
- Protective stickers and films must remain intact
Important: The 30-day period begins from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking), not the date of purchase.
3. Eligible Items for Return
The following items may be returned within 30 days if they meet our condition requirements:
- ✅ Luxury watches (unused, unworn, unaltered)
- ✅ Watch accessories (straps, bracelets, winders) in unopened packaging
- ✅ Jewelry and timepiece storage (unused, with original packaging)
- ✅ Items purchased at full price or during promotional periods
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return due to their nature or condition:
- ❌ Watches that have been worn, sized, or show signs of use
- ❌ Items with removed or damaged protective stickers/films
- ❌ Watches with missing original boxes, papers, or warranty cards
- ❌ Custom-engraved or personalized items
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- ❌ Special order or made-to-order items (unless defective)
- ❌ Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)
- ❌ Items purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers
5. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email infospinnvtech@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will review your request within 24-48 hours and issue an RA number if approved
- Receive Return Instructions: You will receive detailed return shipping instructions and prepaid label (if applicable)
- Package Item Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship Item Back: Return the package using provided instructions and tracking
Important: Returns shipped without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

Note: For international returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed.
7. Return Packaging Requirements
To ensure safe return transit and full refund eligibility, items must be packaged properly:
- Original Packaging: Use the original watch box, outer box, and all interior packaging materials
- Complete Accessories: Include all papers, warranty cards, certificates, manuals, and extra links/straps
- Protective Wrapping: Wrap the product box in bubble wrap or protective material
- Outer Shipping Box: Place in a sturdy outer shipping box with adequate cushioning
- RA Number Display: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box
- Insured Shipping: Purchase full insurance for the declared value to protect against loss or damage in transit
Warning: Improperly packaged returns damaged in transit may result in partial refund or rejection.
8. Return Inspection and Processing Time
Once we receive your return, the following process occurs:
- Receipt Confirmation (Day 1): You receive email notification that we’ve received your return
- Quality Inspection (Days 2-5): Our authentication and quality team inspects the item for:
- Condition (unworn, unaltered, no signs of use)
- Completeness (all accessories and packaging included)
- Authenticity verification (reconfirmation)
- Damage or defects
- Approval/Rejection (Day 5-7): You receive notification of inspection results
- Refund Processing (Day 7-10): Approved refunds are processed to original payment method
Total timeframe: Expect 7-10 business days from receipt of return to refund processing (additional 3-7 days for bank processing).
9. Refund Methods and Timing

Note: Refund timing may vary depending on your bank’s processing policies. We will provide confirmation once refund is initiated from our end.
10. Refund Deductions and Fees
Depending on the reason for return, the following may be deducted from your refund:
- Restocking Fee (15%): Applied to returns due to change of mind, no longer want item, or ordered wrong model (does not apply to defective items)
- Return Shipping Cost: Deducted if we provided prepaid label for non-defective return
- Original Shipping Fee: Non-refundable for change-of-mind returns (defective items receive full shipping refund)
- Inspection Costs (฿2,000): If item is returned in used/altered condition and rejected, inspection fee applies
- Repair/Cleaning Costs: If item shows signs of use requiring professional servicing before resale
Example Calculation:
Original Purchase: ฿100,000 (including ฿800 shipping)
Return Reason: Change of mind
Refund: ฿100,000 – ฿15,000 (restocking) – ฿800 (original shipping) – ฿500 (return ship) = ฿83,700
11. Exchanges
We gladly accommodate exchanges for different models or sizes:
- Exchange Eligibility: Same conditions as returns (30 days, unused, complete packaging)
- Price Difference: You pay the difference for higher-priced items or receive credit for lower-priced items
- Exchange Process: Contact infospinnvtech@gmail.com to initiate exchange request
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed as return + new order (7-14 days total)
- Shipping for Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item; you cover return shipping unless item is defective
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability of desired item
12. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right:
- Report Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for manufacturing defects or shipping damage
- Required Documentation: Provide photos/videos of defect, damage, and packaging
- Resolution Options:
- Full refund (including original shipping)
- Replacement item at no additional cost
- Repair covered by warranty (if applicable)
- Prepaid Return Shipping: We provide fully prepaid, insured return label
- No Restocking Fee: Defective items are exempt from all fees
Note: Damage discovered after 48 hours may require warranty service rather than immediate return (see Warranty Policy).
13. Wrong Item Shipped (Our Error)
If we shipped the wrong product:
- We will provide prepaid return shipping for the incorrect item
- Ship the correct item to you immediately (expedited shipping if available)
- Provide full refund if correct item is not available
- Issue ฿2,000 credit voucher for future purchase as apology for inconvenience
- No restocking or processing fees will apply
14. Partial Returns and Multi-Item Orders
If you purchased multiple items and wish to return only some:
- Partial returns are accepted following the same conditions as full returns
- If order qualified for free shipping promotion, refund may be adjusted if remaining items fall below threshold
- Each item is evaluated independently during inspection
- Refunds are processed individually per item after inspection
15. Return Rejection Reasons
Your return may be rejected if:
- Item shows signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Protective stickers or films have been removed
- Original packaging, boxes, or accessories are missing or damaged
- Item was damaged due to misuse or accident
- Watch has been serviced, opened, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Return is initiated after 30-day window
- Item is non-returnable (final sale, custom engraved)
- No valid RA number was obtained before shipping
Rejected Returns: Will be returned to you at your expense. An inspection fee of ฿2,000 may be charged.
16. International Returns
Additional considerations for international customers:
- Customs Forms: Mark package as “Returned goods for refund only” with “No commercial value”
- Duties/Taxes: You are responsible for any return customs duties or import fees (we cannot reimburse these)
- Shipping Costs: International return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective
- Processing Time: Allow additional 5-10 days for international returns due to customs clearance
- Currency Fluctuation: Refunds are processed in original currency at current exchange rate
17. Lost or Damaged Returns in Transit
To protect yourself during return shipping:
- Always use tracked shipping with signature confirmation
- Purchase full insurance for the product’s value
- Keep proof of shipment (receipt, tracking number) until refund is received
- If package is lost: File claim with carrier and notify us immediately; we will work with you on resolution
- If package is damaged in return transit: Customer’s insurance should cover if properly packaged
Important: SPI Tech is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit unless we provided prepaid insured label.

18. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order before it ships:
- Same-Day Cancellation: Free cancellation within 6 hours of order placement (full refund)
- Before Shipment: Contact us immediately; cancellation may be possible with no penalty if order hasn’t been prepared
- After Dispatch: Cannot cancel; must follow return process after delivery
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days for cancelled orders
19. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery at the door:
- Package will be returned to SPI Tech at your expense
- You will receive refund minus return shipping costs and 10% restocking fee
- Processing time may take 14-21 days after package returns to us
- Better Alternative: Accept delivery and follow standard return process for better refund terms
20. Store Credit Option
Instead of refund, you may choose store credit:
- Bonus Value: Receive 105% of refund amount as store credit
- No Restocking Fee: Store credit returns are exempt from restocking fees
- Validity: Credit valid for 12 months from issue date
- Usage: Can be applied to any future purchase
- Transferable: Store credit can be gifted or transferred to another customer
