1. Scope of Shipping Services
SPI Tech acts as a shipper’s agent to arrange, organize, and manage transportation of your purchases. We partner with trusted carriers and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury timepieces and accessories.
By placing an order with SPI Tech, you acknowledge and accept these Shipping Terms and Conditions, which form part of your purchase agreement.
PDPA Compliance: All shipping information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
2. Shipping Destinations and Coverage
We currently offer shipping services to the following regions:
- Domestic (Thailand): All provinces and districts within Thailand
- International: Select countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and Middle East
- Please contact us at infospinnvtech@gmail.com to confirm shipping availability to your specific location
- Certain remote or restricted areas may require additional handling fees or extended delivery times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs and Fees
- Free Standard Domestic Shipping: On all orders within Thailand valued at ฿15,000 or more
- Standard Domestic Shipping Fee: ฿350 for orders below ฿15,000
- Express Domestic Shipping: ฿800 (flat rate)
- International Shipping: Calculated based on destination, weight, and declared value (quoted at checkout)
- Same-Day Delivery (Bangkok): ฿1,200 (subject to order cutoff time of 12:00 PM)
- Insurance: All shipments are automatically insured for their full declared value at no additional cost
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
5. Order Processing and Preparation
Your order will be processed according to the following timeline:
- Order Verification: 1-2 business hours after payment confirmation
- Authentication Check: All products undergo authenticity verification before shipment
- Quality Inspection: Thorough inspection of condition, functionality, and packaging
- Secure Packaging: Double-boxed with tamper-evident seals and tracking number on inner box
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Bangkok time) on business days are dispatched the same day
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Packaging and Security Requirements
SPI Tech implements the highest standards of secure packaging:
- Double Boxing: All shipments are double-boxed in new, unmarked packaging to prevent identification of high-value content
- Inner Box Labeling: Tracking number included on inner box for verification purposes
- Tamper-Evident Seals: Special security tape and seals to detect any unauthorized opening
- Discreet Packaging: No external indication of brand names, product types, or value
- Protective Materials: Premium cushioning materials to withstand ordinary rigors of transportation
- Waterproof Protection: Inner packaging sealed in waterproof materials for weather protection
7. Signature Requirement and Delivery Confirmation
MANDATORY ADULT SIGNATURE: All SPI Tech shipments require an adult signature (age 21+) upon delivery. This is a non-negotiable security requirement.
- Deliveries cannot be left unattended or at doorsteps
- Signature waivers, release signatures, or “leave at door” instructions are strictly prohibited and will void insurance coverage
- An adult recipient (age 21 or older) must be present to sign for the package
- Valid government-issued ID may be required for verification by the carrier
- If no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest service point
- Packages signed for by concierge, doorman, security guard, or building staff at the delivery address are considered delivered
Important: If delivery is made without signature due to carrier error (against our instructions), we will investigate and address with the carrier, but cannot guarantee insurance coverage.
8. Tracking and Shipment Monitoring
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email Notification: With carrier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date
- SMS Updates: For domestic shipments (opt-in available)
- Real-Time Tracking: Monitor your shipment status through carrier website or SPI Tech customer portal
- Delivery Alerts: Notification when package is out for delivery and when successfully delivered
Do NOT share your tracking number with third parties to prevent fraudulent redirect attempts or interception.
9. Shipping Insurance and Coverage
Every SPI Tech shipment is automatically insured for its full declared value under our comprehensive insurance policy:
- Coverage Amount: 100% of product purchase price (including taxes)
- Coverage Begins: When package is retrieved by carrier or tendered at carrier facility
- Coverage Duration: Throughout transit until delivery confirmation or 14 days, whichever occurs first
- Covered Events: Physical loss, theft, damage, or destruction during transit
- No Deductible: Zero deductible for customers on all covered claims
- Exclusions: Fraud by customer, refused delivery due to customer unavailability, signature waivers, delivery without signature (with exceptions for carrier fault), concealed damage in intact packages
For refused shipments returned to SPI Tech, coverage extends for 30 days from original dispatch date.
10. Delivery Inspection Requirements
CRITICAL: You MUST inspect your package immediately upon delivery in the presence of the carrier personnel.
- Check the exterior packaging for signs of damage, tampering, or penetration
- If any damage is visible, make written exception with the delivering carrier before signing
- Take photographs of damaged packaging and note details on delivery receipt
- Open the package while carrier is present if exterior damage is noted
- Failure to note damage at delivery will void insurance coverage for that damage
- Accepting delivery “subject to inspection” without noting specific damage does NOT constitute proper exception
For concealed damages (discovered after intact delivery), contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
11. Failed Delivery and Redelivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability:
- First Attempt: Carrier leaves notice and schedules second attempt next business day
- Second Attempt: Additional redelivery attempt or package held at local facility
- Third Attempt: Final attempt or customer must collect from carrier facility
- Unclaimed Packages: After 7 days of hold, package is returned to SPI Tech
- Return Shipping Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unclaimed packages
- Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee may apply to refused or unclaimed shipments
Please ensure accurate delivery address and availability during estimated delivery window to avoid delays.
12. International Shipments and Customs
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Customs Declaration: All items are declared at full purchase value as required by international law
- Import Duties and Taxes: Customer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees
- Customs Clearance Delays: May add 2-7 business days to delivery time
- Documentation Required: Customer may need to provide ID or additional documentation to customs authorities
- Restricted Items: Some countries prohibit or restrict import of certain luxury goods; customer is responsible for verifying import regulations
- Export Compliance: SPI Tech handles all Thailand export documentation and filing requirements
We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority regarding import regulations and potential fees before placing an international order.
13. Lost or Damaged Shipment Claims
In the unfortunate event of loss or damage during shipment:
- Report Immediately: Contact infospinnvtech@gmail.com within 30 days of dispatch (45 days for returned refused shipments)
- Provide Documentation: Include order number, tracking information, photos of damage, and carrier delivery receipt
- Preserve Evidence: Keep all packaging, inner boxes, and contents until claim is resolved
- Claim Investigation: Insurance underwriter will review claim (typically 5-15 business days)
- Resolution: Approved claims result in full refund or replacement at customer’s preference
SPI Tech will assist you throughout the claims process and advocate on your behalf with carriers and insurance providers.
14. Address Changes and Shipment Redirects
Once a shipment is dispatched, address changes are extremely limited:
- Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at infospinnvtech@gmail.com to update address (no fee)
- After Dispatch (Domestic): Limited redirect options available; carrier redirect fees apply (฿500-฿1,000)
- After Dispatch (International): Redirects generally not possible; package may need to be returned and reshipped (customer pays return and new shipping costs)
- Security Note: Address changes are verified for security purposes and may require ID confirmation
WARNING: Fraudulent redirect attempts void all insurance coverage. Never share tracking numbers with third parties.
15. Carrier Selection and Partnerships
SPI Tech partners with the following premium carriers for secure transportation:
- Domestic Carriers: Thailand Post EMS, Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express
- International Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, SF Express
- Specialized Courier: Bonded courier services for ultra-high-value shipments
SPI Tech reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on destination, value, and delivery speed requirements. Carrier liability limits apply as per their standard terms, but your shipment is covered by our comprehensive insurance policy.
🛡️ Limited Fraud Coverage
SPI Tech provides limited fraud coverage (up to $10,000 USD per calendar year) for fraudulent delivery redirects under strict conditions:
- Only applies to FedEx shipments to business addresses
- You must verify consignee identity and contact information before shipping
- You must NOT share tracking numbers with third parties
- You must not participate in or have knowledge of the fraud
This coverage protects against sophisticated fraud schemes but requires full compliance with security protocols.
Important Security Guidelines
- ✅ Always verify delivery address accuracy before confirming order
- ✅ Ensure someone age 21+ will be available to receive package
- ✅ Inspect package immediately upon delivery in carrier’s presence
- ✅ Note any visible damage on carrier receipt before signing
- ✅ Keep all packaging until you’ve confirmed product condition
- ❌ Never waive signature requirement
- ❌ Never share tracking numbers publicly or with unknown parties
- ❌ Never request “leave at door” delivery
16. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order with SPI Tech, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information
- Ensure availability to receive package during delivery window
- Comply with signature requirements (no waivers permitted)
- Inspect package immediately upon delivery
- Report any issues within specified timeframes
- Preserve packaging and contents for potential claims
- Pay applicable customs duties and import fees (international orders)
- Comply with import/export regulations of destination country
17. Force Majeure and Shipping Delays
SPI Tech is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Carrier operational disruptions or labor strikes
- Customs delays or enhanced security screening
- Port congestion or transportation infrastructure failures
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and explore alternative shipping solutions.
18. Modifications to Shipping Policy
SPI Tech reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in carriers, shipping costs, or operational procedures. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with pending orders.
The version of this policy in effect at the time of your order placement governs your shipment.
